Talking outside flowers
Ahh summer!!! I love summer, it is my favorite time of the year. I shared a post at the beginning of spring about sprucing up our yard. Here are some more mature pictures of the yard now that the summer has progressed and things have grown. Everything is growing great this summer. The yard looks lush, and the flowers are blooming beautifully. My tip to a beautiful and manageable yard is perennials. My flower gardens are only filled with perennials. Outdoor spaces
I love summer. I am so glad that summer is here, things have slowed down, and yard work has begun. I love working outside. I look at it as another fun space to create. Every year I do a little something different on my porch. I either paint my door a new color or spray some accessories. Either way, nothing stays the same on there for very long. Go Bold
It is pretty and hot here today. Put me right in the mood to show my bright additions to my yard. If you are scared of color, the yard is a perfect place to start playing and adding color to your home. I wanted to go bright this year and decided to use reds, apple greens, turquoises, and yellows to make my yard pop. The yard is such a fun place to add color because it is easy to do, and easy to change. I change colors every year by just using spray paint. This is a new start, new house, new blog for me. I have been blogging in the past, doing a family blog, but I wanted a place to journal about all the home projects that we do. I love looking back on all the other ideas I have done on my other homes, so this blog will be a journey through all the change we are going to make in this home.
